GlitterSpotUV adds a BLING effect to your cards! Now with dusting adds an additional glittery effect! Glitter is Spot UV processed twice. We Spot UV, then add glitter, and lastly another layer of Spot UV. Glitter also has a raised effect. 16pt Silk laminated cards, along with Spot UV highlights present an amazing contrast of Gloss and Matte. GlitterSpotUV adds the BLING to your cards.  Spot UV on SILK will produce the best results.
